About

My Story and My Art

I am Reyne, the artist. I love paper and find it nearby and when I travel. I buy it from specialty stores, estate sales and marketplace. I enjoy rolling paper into beautiful things. Art has been a part of my life since childhood,. I learned how to quill in girl scouts, a long time ago.

I take great pride in creating unique and beautiful pieces of rolled paper art.

After a rewarding and challenging career leading nonprofit human service organizations, I now volunteer regularly to help others and have more time to tap into my artistic skills.

As a woman living with Parkinson's Disease, the creative arts are therapeutic for me. I don't tremor when I'm rolling paper and creating. It feels like magic. But my neurologist confirms that its proven to be true. So, I want to continue creating and sharing it with you.

I make quilled cards, rolled paper-covered books and many items for you and as gifts. My cards are designed for special occasions...birthdays, thank you, congratulations, holiday or just designs that work for any occasion. They are all blank inside. My books have rolled paper designed covers and have either lined or unlined pages.. You can use them for journaling, sketching, or to record important information. You will get compliments on your one-of-a-kind book.

My bowls are special.... people see them and can't believe they are made of paper. I roll each piece of paper, gluing them together. In the end, I add a fixative to hold it all together. They are very strong and will last for years as a piece of art in your home or office.

I am committed to excellence. One of the many benefits of working with Reyne's Rolled Paper Creations is the personalized attention you'll receive throughout the entire process. It's all made by me!!!
